SENS-ABILITY Mindful Touch
25 CEU's NCBMTB
2 Part workshop 13 0r 12 CE's
Massage can be your joy, your work, your therapy and your spiritual practice. In guiding others to open to their potential, we are asked to look at our own versatility in mood, style of touch, movement patterns, beliefs and expectations. We will give attention to the tactile aspects of communication, exploring our depths through the metaphor of touch. Through simple experiments we come to a quiet mind where we can better listen to the needs of others as well as ourselves.

SENSORY AWARENESS
This is an experiential approach to mindfulness and embodiment. We will be discovering and getting to know ourselves better by accessing sensation as it occurs. Listening to and honoring this innate wisdom of the body bypasses the rational mind and we experience our true nature. Nothing to hide and everything to share. Discover how much fun it is to be true to you.
